Welcome on the home- page of AMSTEL Cafe and Restaurant!
Please, let me short introduce the history of the building!The building itself, where nowdays a hotel of 22 rooms and the AMSTEL Cafe and Restaurant are working, was built as a boot- house ont he bank of the Danube, at the beginning of the 60ties, with an original, bustling life.
Our family has bought the building in 1995, from one of the legendary persons of the hospitality in Győr, from Tibor Salakta.
The past obligates! It was a great exercise for us to follow the level, he set up, and at the same time to realize our ideas.
I think the time arrived by now, as we can tell: our restaurant, furnitured with solid elegancy, our renewed kitchen and menu, and our awarded work – mates give security for all of this!
All of our work–mates are following the only goal: to work for the satisfied guest, to make happy moments for others by a fine dish, tastes and excellent drinks!
I hope, the result of our efforts appears soon and we can receive more and more satisfied, returning guests.
